Over the course of this 8-day journey, you’ll travel back 12 centuries of history as you wander through the lively streets of Fes’s medina, a true architectural and cultural gem. In Rabat, be charmed by the majestic Kasbah of the Oudayas, nestled at the foot of the Hassan Tower. In Marrakech, marvel at the elegance of ancient palaces, while in Meknes, the imposing fortified walls will transport you to a glorious past. Between these imperial cities, you will discover other historical sites such as the cities of Chellah and Volubilis. In plains, plateaus and the Atlas Mountains, you will contemplate breathtaking panoramas of beauty and painted like masterpieces by nature. You will admire the rich architecture of the Kasbahs, mosques, medersas and palaces, and immerse yourself in the lively, colorful and fragrant atmospheres of the medinas where the stalls exhibit handcrafted wonders. Finally, enjoy without moderation the delicious dishes of the famous Moroccan gastronomy, and meet the legendary Moroccan hospitality through the welcome and the permanent smile of a local population with multiple origins.
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our driver, who will transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time and energy level, you may choose to explore the economic capital of Morocco or relax at the hotel before dinner and an overnight.
Day 2 - Casablanca / Rabat
After breakfast, meet your tour guide at 9:30 AM for a guided visit to Casablanca’s key landmarks. Begin at the esplanade of the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, partially built over the Atlantic Ocean, with its minaret soaring over 200 meters high. Continue to Mohamed V Square, United Nations Square, the Central Market, the historic Habous District, and the upscale residential area of Anfa. The morning concludes with a leisurely walk along the Aïn Diab Corniche, a popular spot for relaxation and entertainment in the metropolis. Lunch freely and departure for Rabat, imperial city and administrative capital. Visit of the Hassan Tower, the splendid Mausoleum of Mohamed V, the Kasbah of Oudayas and the Medina. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Rabat / Meknes / Fez
After breakfast, depart for Fez with a stop at Volubilis, an exceptional archaeological site and ancient Roman city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover its impressive ruins, including temples, mosaics, and baths that showcase the grandeur of the Roman era. The journey continues to Meknes, the Ismaili capital from 1672 to 1727, surrounded by monumental walls stretching nearly 40 kilometers. These fortifications, punctuated by majestic gates such as the famous Bab Mansour, once protected both imperial and civilian quarters. After a free lunch, explore Meknes, including Bab Mansour, the best-preserved gate in Morocco, and the historic medina, steeped in culture and tradition. In the evening, arrive in Fez Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 - Fez / Beni-Mellal / Marrakech
After breakfast, departure for Marrakech through the mountains of the Middle Atlas. We will cross the small town of Immouzer du Kander, then the city of Ifrane, a charming ski resort in the heart of a beautiful cedar forest nicknamed the Switzerland of Morocco. Stop in the town of Beni-Mellal. Lunch freely before continuing to the ochre city of Marrakech, also called the pearl of the South. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 6 - Marrakech
The whole day will be devoted to visiting Marrakech, this other imperial city, and second capital of Morocco founded after Fes around 1071 by the Almoravids dynasty. Marrakech seduces travelers from all over the world with its authenticity and timeless charm. This historical richness is evidenced by its medieval Medina, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1985, as well as other historic sites, medersas, palaces, etc... . In the morning, visit of the Dar Si Said museum, the Koutoubia, the Bahia palace and the gardens of the Menara. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, visit souks with colorful alleys and live the effervescence of the famous Djemaa El Fna lively place that animate storytellers, snake charmers, dancers, acrobats, etc... and where there are catering stands and juice vendors. Overnight at hotel. Optional: A Diffa Fantasia dinner will be served in caidal tents at the famous restaurant «Chez Ali » with as bonus a show dedicated to the fantasy of riders on horses or dromedaries, and, except the dance of the belly, music shows, dances and folklore representing each region of the country.
Day 7 - Marrakech / Casablanca
After breakfast, free morning for a last immersion in the atmosphere of Marrakech or a relaxation by the hotel’s swimming pool. Lunch freely. In the afternoon, departure for Casablanca. Arrival at hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 - Casablanca / airport
After breakfast, departure transfer to Mohamed V airport for the return flight and assistance with boarding formalities.
